Located just north of Daytona Beach, we’re an easy drive to all Central Florida attractions and theme parks, and many fine golf courses are within a few-minute drive.

If you’re not a fan of the sand, you’ll enjoy our oversized swimming pool. Enjoy the sights, sounds, and breezes of the ocean while lounging around our pool, mere feet from the beach.

Our Units

Ground Floor

Ground-floor units allow guests to walk directly from their back patios to the beach, pool and grill deck. With two bedrooms and two full baths, these one-level condos provide plenty of room to enjoy your vacation.

2nd Floor

Our second-floor condos are all townhouses with two bedrooms and two full baths upstairs, and the living/dining area, kitchen, and an additional half bath on the lower level. Be sure to post your balcony views to social media to make your friends jealous!

4th Floor

These penthouse condos are all one level with our largest balconies and great ocean views. With two bedrooms and two full baths, these provide plenty of room to enjoy your vacation. The sunrise views from the fourth floor are amazing!

The very first time we stayed here, we knew we had found a jewel on the east coast of Florida. Ten years later, we would never stay anywhere else. We sit under palm trees while looking at the ocean and swim in the oversized pool that is 20 feet from the beach. We can walk to dinner nearby or grill our dinner while watching the waves, a shuffleboard match or maybe even a friendly bocce ball game between familiar guests. Best of all, we have friends who have become our beach family all because of this special slice of heaven. It's fun. It's quiet. To my family, it's nothing short of paradise.
