Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be as follows:
30 days in advance for a one-week rental.
60 days in advance for more than a one-week rental.
90 days in advance for a one-month or more rental.
Deposit Policy
A Security Deposit of $200 is required within 15 days to hold the reservation. The deposit will not be included in the rent and will be held as a damage deposit. Forfeit of deposit if cancellation is less than 30 days for a one-week rental. More than a one-week rental requires a 60 day in advance cancellation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
