Rules
Weekly and Monthly rentals only.
Weekly runs Saturday – Saturday.
Monthly runs first day of the month to last day of the month
All rates are subject to Florida Tax of 12.5% plus 5% administration fee.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of reservation for any reason within 30 days of the scheduled start date will result in a 50% forfeiture of prepaid rental payment.
- Cancellation of a confirmed reservation for any reason will result in forfeiture of the $200 reservation deposit.
- Cleaning Fee of $140 will be added to all 2025 rentals. Rentals for more than one month require a cleaning fee for each month and/or partial month.
- NO PETS are allowed in any condo. Service animals trained to perform a specific task are welcome.
- No subleasing of any kind is allowed. Rental Agreement signer must occupy rented condo or secure special permission from rental management.
- NO SMOKING inside any building/condo on the property. No smoking or vaping of marijuana products indoors or outdoors anywhere on the property.
