Combined living room and dining area with full kitchen. Deck allows great view of the ocean, and second-floor location gives a wonderful view of the beach and pool. Relax in the large pool or on the beach; it's all right here!

The $200 reservation deposit is non-refundable.
Reservations cancelled 30 days before your arrival date will be accepted, and the $200 reservation deposit will be forfeited.
Reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date will result in a 50% forfeiture of your reservation payment including taxes and fees.
Evacuation notices warrant a 100% refund for the remaining days of your stay.
A Security Deposit of $200 is required within 15 days to hold the reservation. The deposit will not be included in the rent and will be held as a damage deposit. Forfeit of deposit if cancellation is less than 30 days for a one-week rental. More than a one-week rental requires a 60 day in advance cancellation.
FULL PAYMENT FOR ALL RENTALS IS DUE 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE. Cancellation within 30 days of rental start will result in forfeiture of 50% of total rental payment, including taxes, fees, and cleanings.
